TIDY TOWNS
A reminder that our church gate collection will be taken up at all masses this weekend and we look forward to your continued support and generosity. Due to the adverse weather conditions on Tuesday of last week, our planned litter pick as part of National Spring Clean was postponed until Wednesday. A bright, fresh and sunny Spring morning allowed us to tackle the Limerick Road, and Croom Road, and before noon eight bags of rubbish had been collected. The Clarina Road was done a few weeks ago. Thanks to the anonymous person who very kindly cleaned up the by-roads around Garranroe and Killonahan. We would also like to thank Christy at the Cu Chulainn for allowing us to deposit the bags there, prior to collection by the County Council the following day.
