SYMPATHY

It was with a deep sense of sadness that the community heard of the passing of Mary (May) O’Neill of Main Street, Patrickswell. More affectionately known and fondly referred to as “Mrs.O” by many, she passed away peacefully at the Regional Hospital in the early hours of Tuesday morning with members of her loving family at her side. Her removal took place from Daffy’s Funeral Home, Croom on Wednesday to the Church of the Blessed Virgin, Patrickswell, and she was buried in the local cemetery after 12noon mass on Thursday. Sympathy is extended to all of her family, some of whom had travelled from Holland for the occasion. May her soul and the souls of all the faithful departed rest in peace.

Besides Crecora, we also operate school Credit Unions in Patrickswell, St. Paul’s, Ballybrown, St. Nessan’s and Educate Together. The main aim of the school Credit Union is to encourage the children to adopt a regular savings habit from an early age and thereby to sow the seeds of good financial management for the future.
